 Yea. After all this time, I can finally say that we're back~ 
This blog has gone through many phases of my life and has changed into many modes. But now it's the time to return it to just be a place for my random writings again.

Stupidity

I used to have someone ..
who understand me well..
who know who I really am .. and still, accept me without any questions..
who know both sides of me.. and yet, love me the way I am..
and thought that I am the best for him..
the man I destroyed, but still love me with every pieces of his heart..
now.. he's gone.
just because of my stupid decision..
my stupid thought that he can find his true happiness by this way.. that he will be much better without me interfering his life..
the thing I didn't know is.. by the time I removed him from my life.. I also changed our life.. forever.
he has changed. he is not the man I used to know anymore..
I was changed, too. I lost someone that very important to me.. and I will never meet him anymore..
... no matter how many times I apologize, things can't get back to where they use to be.

never 'kick' someone from your life just because you think that is the best for him/her.. cause the reality is not as simple as that.

Dear Carolline

When you read this, we’re already separated by a long long distance. But I know that distance doesn’t matter. Somehow, we are connected by an unbreakable bond. That’s why in our heart, we’re still having each other.

Well.. I’m not good at writing.. and I’m not good at saying goodbye, too. So forgive me, dear.. I won’t say any ‘goodbye’ to you. Cause there’s no goodbye for families.

Instead of goodbye, I want to thank you. Thank you for everything you gave to me, for everything you’ve done, for always be there, for cheering me up. Thanks for changing me to a better person. I’m really grateful I met you. You’re really a God’s gift for us. Without you, I won’t be the same person as I am.

Goodbyes

We are finally arrived at the crossroads. Everybody chose their way and then they are going to chase their own dream.

One by one, person I love are leaving.. As they go, part of me is torn.. Leaving a big hole inside. We can do nothing about this cruel rule of life. Everything that has a beginning, has an end.

But, like people say, High School memories will never die. No matter how far the distance between us, somehow, deep inside our heart we’re still connected.

Guys, we have promised that one day, we will meet again. I know people will change. As our life go on, we will go to different places, meet new friends, and do something different. But please don’t let go that promise. Till that day, let’s fighting for our dream!

Sands, Pebbles, and Rocks

A philosophy professor stood before his class and had some items in
front of him. When class began, wordlessly he picked up a large
empty mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill it with rocks, rocks
about 2" in diameter.

He then asked the students if the jar was full. They agreed that it was.
So the professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured them
into the jar. He shook the jar lightly. The pebbles, of course,
rolled into the open areas between the rocks.

He then asked the students again if the jar was full. They agreed it was.

The students laughed. The professor picked up a box of sand and
poured it into the jar. Of course, the sand filled up everything else.

"Now," said the professor, "I want you to recognize that this is
your life. The rocks are the important things - your family, your
partner, your health, your children - anything that is so important
to you that if it were lost, you would be nearly destroyed.

"The pebbles are the other things that matter like your job, your
house, your car.

"The sand is everything else. The small stuff.

My Favourite Anime Lately

Well.. I really love DNAngel anime since I was a little girl. I love its story, its characters, its graphic, anything about it! And years after that anime ended, I still not have found anything as cool as DNAngel yet. Until few months ago, my friend, Reyvateilia gave me an anime. An amazing one. CLANNAD. This anime.. was really cool. This anime was one of the most saddest, but also one of the most funniest anime I've ever seen. Not just that, the story is just like our daily life, so we can understand it well and touched so easily. Scene by scene amazed me and I learned a lot from this anime. It told me how even a modest life working at a bakery can be full of love and excitement. Maybe the ending seem to come out of nowhere, but without spoiling it, I see a powerful way to show that a life filled with suffering and love still better than a boring life with no risk at all. Nagisa and Tomoya really taught me many things. Thanks a lot, Rey! But DNAngel is still my favourite also! :p

A Barber Story

One day, a barber said that he doesn't believe in God. His customer asked him back: "Why do you think like that?"
"Well, look at there, at the street. Tell me, if God does exist, why there are sick people? Why there a lot of people suffer?" the barber said. "If God does exist, there will nobody sick or suffering. I can't imagine that Almighty God let all of those bad things happen to us," he continued.

His customer was quite, she didn't want to argue with him. The barber finished his job and the customer left.
Few moments later, she saw a guy with long and dirty hair. That guy was so messy. She went back to the barber shop and shouted: "You know what? Actually, there is NO barber."

The barber was angry. "How can you say that?! I'm here and I just cut your hair a moment ago!"
"No way! There is no barber. If barber really exist, there will be no guy with long dirty messy hair out there!" said the customer.
"But the barber does exist! It was their own fault. Why don't they come to me? I can fix them up," said that barber proudly.

"THAT'S IT! That's the point!" the customer replied.
"God does exist! But people don't come to Him, people don't search for Him! That's why there are lot of people fall into sickness and pain."

And the barber stunned in silent.

Blueberry Muffin

A muffin is an American English name for a type of bread that is baked in small portions. There are many varieties and flavors of muffins made with a specific ingredient such as blueberries, chocolate chips, cucumbers, raspberry, cinnamon, pumpkin, date, nut, lemon, banana, orange, peach, strawberry, boysenberry, almond, and carrot, baked into the muffin. Muffins are often eaten for breakfast; alternatively, they may be served for tea or at other meals.

Here is the recipe for blueberry muffin I got from allrecipes.com :

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1 egg
• 1/3 cup milk
• 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup fresh blueberries

Directions

1. In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Combine the egg, milk, oil and vanilla; add to the dry ingredients just until moistened. Gently fold in blueberries. Fill greased or paper-line muffin cups two-thirds full.
2. Bake at 375 degrees F for 25-27 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.
3. Blueberry muffins are ready!
   

Jesus Love Us

Last Wednesday I went to a trip called Antiokhia with my friends. We stayed at Gadog, Puncak, West Java, Indonesia for 3 days. There, we met a lot of new friends. We sang a lot songs and danced. It was so exciting. But the important thing was, we listened to a lot of presentations about God and us.
There were some videos on the presentations. I was really touched by those videos.
As soon as I went home, I searched through internet and found this amazing site.

Daffodil, March Birthflower

Each month has a flower that symbolizes the month of somebody's birth. Every month has a flower that is sometimes referred to as a Birth Month Flower.

Aquamarine

Aquamarine is a blue-green stone that comes from Colombia and Brazil. It has been called "Water of the Sea", because of its color. The name aquamarine is derived from the Latin word aqua, meaning water, and marina, meaning the sea. The aquamarine is the stone of sailors, believing it would be protection for them on water. Folklore says the aquamarine will protect against gossip. It is also said the aquamarine will pick up spirits. It is an excellent stone to use for meditating.

The serene color of aquamarine is said to cool the temper, allowing the wearer to remain calm and levelheaded. Its pale, cool color beautifully complements spring and summer wardrobes. Aquamarine is most often light in tone and ranges from greenish blue to blue-green; the color usually is more intense in larger stones. This gemstone is mined mainly in Brazil, but also is found in Nigeria, Madagascar, Zambia, Pakistan, and Mozambique.

I often listen to this song, and I've never noticed before.
But now, after he left me (well, I was the one who make him go away, but I believed that leaving me is the best way to make him much better) this song.. how to say it?
The lyric which sang by Avril stabbed me right into the heart. LOL
Maybe it's too hyperbolic, but yeah, that's exactly what I felt..

Little Act with BIG Impacts

I found this story when I was surfing through the net. And I really touched. I immediately want to post it here. This story maybe has a boring topic at the beginning, but please, wait and keep reading until the very end :D
Here it goes.

When I was a freshman in high school, I saw a kid from my class walking home from school. His name was Kyle. He looked as if he was carrying all his books.
I thought to myself, "Why would anyone bring home all his books on a Friday? He must be a nerd."
I had quite a weekend planned ahead (parties and a football game with my friends) so I shrugged my shoulders and went on.

As I was walking, I saw a bunch of kids running towards him. They ran into him, knocking him down and causing all his books to fly out of his arms. His glasses went flying and I saw them land in the grass about ten feet from him. He looked up and I saw this terrible sadness in his eyes. My heart went out to him. Hence, I jogged over to him and tried to help him as he crawled around looking for his glasses with a tear in his eye.
I handed him his glasses and said, "Those guys are jerks. They really should get lives."
He looked at me and said, "Hey, thanks!"

There was a big smile on his face.

It was one of those smiles that showed real gratitude. I helped him pick up his books and asked him where he lived. It turns out that he lived near me so I asked him why I had never seen him before. He said he had gone to a private school previously. That was when I realized I had never hung out with a private school kid before. We talked all the way home and I helped carried some of his books. He turned out to be a pretty cool kid. I invited him to play a little football with my friends and he agreed.

We hung out all weekend and the more I got to know Kyle, the more I liked him. He was equally popular with my friends. When Monday morning came, I saw Kyle with a huge stack of books again.
I stopped him and said, "Boy, you are really going to build some serious muscles with this pile of books everyday!"
He simply laughed and handed me half the books. Over the next four years, Kyle and I became best friends. When we were seniors, we began to think about college. Kyle decided on Georgetown and I was going to Duke.

Chocolate Cake

This is a quick and easy chocolate cake you can cook in the microwave in short time. And it tastes great! It makes me want to share it here.

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons butter, softened
1/4 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch salt

Directions

1. Spray a medium microwave-safe bowl with non-stick spray and set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine the butter, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and milk; blend together. Combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt; blend into the mixture until smooth. Pour into greased bowl.

2. Cover and cook in the microwave on high for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes, or until cake springs back when touched. Since all microwaves cook differently, adjust the cooking time to accommodate your machine. To serve, let the cake cool five minutes, then cover the bowl with a plate and turn both bowl and plate upside down so the cake falls onto the plate.

3. Then, put some chocolate chips, nuts, or any of your favorite toppings. ♥
