One day, in a beautiful park, a woman with a broken heart sat down and wept. Then a philosopher approached her and asked her: "Why do you cry?"

Fishing Joke

Alex had a terrible day fishing on the lake, sitting in the blazing sun all day without catching a single one. On his way home, he stopped at the fishmonger and ordered four rainbow trout. He told the fishmonger, 'Pick four large ones out and throw them at me, will you?'

'Why do you want me to throw them at you?' Asked the salesman?' So that I am able to tell my wife, in all honesty, that I caught them.' said Alex.

'Okay, but I suggest that you take the salmon.' Why's that? 'Because your wife came in earlier today and said that if you came by, I should tell you to take salmon. That's what she'd like for supper tonight', replied the fishmonger with a grin.

Christmas Candle

Candle is one of symbols of Christmas.

The Christians all over the world light a candle on Christmas Eve. Candle is essential part of Christmas because its light represents Jesus, who brings the light to our world.

The real light, which brighten every person.

Candle can bring light to fight the darkness.

Light always mastered the darkness and never be swallowed by darkness, no matter how small that light. Candle sacrificed itself in order to produce light. Without sacrifice, it’s hard to be light. Candles symbolize the courage to give light.

Buche de Noel

This is my favorite Christmas cake. It's look so warm and delicious!
Buche de Noel is the French name for a Christmas cake shaped like a log. This one is a heavenly flourless chocolate cake rolled with chocolate whipped cream. Traditionally, Buche de Noel is decorated with confectioners' sugar to resemble snow on a Yule log.

these are the ingredients:
•2 cups heavy cream
•1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
•1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
•1 teaspoon vanilla extract
•6 egg yolks
•1/2 cup white sugar
•1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
•1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
•1/8 teaspoon salt
•6 egg whites
•1/4 cup white sugar
•confectioners' sugar for dusting
